So the Military Diet, its all over online as a 3 day diet to lose 10 pounds fast. I've been trying it out in the past month. But i only lost 2 kgs in the first two weeks and then it just stays constant. On further research i found out that this diet just helps you lose your water weight, not the fat in your body.
Also, the lunches are not filling and I did feel hungry again after 2 hours. The dinners are, on the other hand, way to heavy. The only satisfactory meals are the breakfasts. Plus being an Indian, I found the diet to be very tasteless. It was too bland to eat.
On the plus side it was a detox from sugar and spices, which might be healthy for the body once in a while.
So I am now trying another vegetarian diet that has been suggested by an Indian lady. Its a 10 day diet....lets see if this one works any better. Since everyone's body type is different, it takes a lot of trial and error the find the best one for yourself.
